A publisher of scholarly journals and other academic resources.
At GSASR Publisher, we are dedicated to maintaining the highest benchmarks of publication integrity. Our ethical framework is founded on the core values of probity, openness, impartiality, and responsibility, ensuring that our scholarly output fosters the growth of global knowledge while preserving the credibility and confidence of the scientific community. Below, we detail the ethical expectations for authors, peer reviewers, editorial boards, and the publishing house.

Ethical Guidelines for Authors: Authors must certify that their submissions are entirely original and have not been published previously or placed under concurrent consideration by another venue. GSASR Publisher maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward all forms of plagiarism, including redundant publication (self-plagiarism). Every source must be meticulously cited, and all intellectual contributions from third parties must be explicitly acknowledged.

Confidentiality: Editors and editorial staff must treat all submitted manuscripts as strictly confidential documents. Information regarding a manuscript, including its content, data, and findings, must not be disclosed to anyone other than the corresponding author, reviewers, potential reviewers, other editorial advisers, and the publisher, as appropriate. Unauthorized disclosure of manuscript details to third parties is strictly prohibited unless explicit written authorization is obtained from the authors or in exceptional circumstances related to the investigation of research misconduct.& quot; & quot; Conflict of Interest Disclosure: To ensure editorial integrity, all editors must disclose any competing interests that could potentially bias their decisions and must withdraw from the review process for affected manuscripts.

Publication Ethics: Editors are accountable for identifying and addressing issues of publication ethics, such as duplicate submissions or plagiarism. They must follow established protocols to investigate all allegations and, when substantiated, take the necessary steps to correct the record, which includes article retraction.

Transparency: We require our editors to operate with full transparency throughout the editorial cycle. This involves clearly communicating the review process to both authors and reviewers. Providing authors with comprehensive and insightful feedback derived from reviewer assessments ensures understanding and supports research improvement, regardless of the final decision.
